DEVICE DEREGISTRATION

 This is a step-by-step summary on how to deregister a device.



  1. Log in to the Fiscal Harmony portal at (app.fiscalharmony.co.zw)



2. Click on the company name located at the top right corner.



3. Select "Account" from the dropdown options.



4. Navigate to the "Cancel Subscription" option.


5. Click on "Cancel Subscription" to initiate the cancellation process.



6. If you have an outstanding balance settle the arrear by clicking pay now.



7.  Follow these instructions:

  •  Check for any outstanding balances: Ensure there are no pending payments or balances.
  •  Confirm details for the device: Verify the Device ID and Device Serial Number.
  •  Provide reasons: Specify why the device is being deactivated.
  •  Click "confirm": Proceed with the deactivation process.





8. Click  confirm deactivation




9. If you've changed your mind about deactivating a device or canceling a subscription, you can click "Change Mind" to go back or cancel the action.
