Description

Fiscal Harmony can be integrated with Xero in order to Fiscalize Invoices generated in Xero.

Start integrating Xero with Fiscal Harmony

1. Go to https://app.fiscalharmony.co.zw/login
2. Select Sign In with Xero
3. Select Allow Access 
4. Once in the Fiscal Harmony application, Select Add Xero Organisation in the top right corner
5. Select your organization from the drop down and select Allow Access

Apply for a Fiscal Device

When you login you will now be presented with a screen as shown below:

1. Select Apply for a Fiscal Device
2. Follow the steps and complete the application

Approval from Zimra

Our team will now contact Zimra with your application details and begin the setup process, Once they are complete they will register the device.

Configuration with Xero

Once the device has been added we will need to Map the Tax Rates and Currencies. This can be done by logging into the Fiscal Harmony platform

The left hand menu displays all the configuration options for your Fiscal Solution.

Currency Mapping

1. Select Currency Mapping
2. Select Add New Currency Mapping
3. on the left match the currency from Xero to the currency from Zimra on the right.
4. Select Save Currency Mapping
5. This process will need to be done again until all the currencies are mapped.

Tax Mapping

1. Select Tax Mapping
2. Select Add New Tax Mapping
3. on the left match the tax code from Xero to the tax name on Zimra to the right.
4. Select Save Tax Code Mapping
5. This process will need to be done again until all the currencies are mapped.
