How to Submit a Ticket on Fiscal Harmony Support

If you’re facing problems and don’t know what to do, just place a ticket, and our support team will be happy to help. We’re here to assist you every step of the way! 


1. Navigate to the Website 


2. Priority Levels 

  • On the "Submit a Ticket" page, you will see a dropdown menu labeled "Priority"

    • Low: For non-urgent issues that do not impact your operations significantly.
    • Medium: For issues that require attention but do not have an immediate impact on your operations
    • High: For urgent issues that need immediate attention to minimize disruption.
    • Critical: For critical issues that require immediate resolution to prevent significant impact on your operations


3. Choose the Ticket Type 

  • Select the appropriate ticket type from the options provided: 
    • Enquiry: For general questions or information requests.
    • Setup: For issues related to setting up your account or system.
    • Issue: For reporting a problem or issue with the service.
    • Integration: For issues related to integrating with other systems (e.g., Excel, iVend, QuickBooks Desktop, etc.)


4. Select the Integration (if applicable) 
  • Choose the specific integration you are having issues with from the options provided, such as: 
    • Does Not Apply
    • Excel
    • iVend
    • Meat Matrix
    • Palladium
    • QuickBooks Desktop
    • Sage Pastel
    • Sage Pastel Express
    • Sage Evolution
    • Sage Online
    • SAP Business One
    • Xero
    • Manager.io
    • ERP Next
    • Sales Intellect


5. Attach a File (Optional) 


  • If you have any relevant files or documents that can help explain your issue, you can attach them by clicking the "Attach a file" button.



6. Fill Out the Ticket Form 
  • Complete the required fields in the ticket form, including: 
    • A clear and concise description of your issue or question.
    • Any additional details that might help in resolving your issue.


7. Submit the Ticket 
  • Once you have filled out the form, click the "Submit" button to send your ticket to the support team.


8. Follow Up 
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Use this ticket number to track the progress of your issue or to communicate with the support team.
