QuickBooks Online Set Up

STEP1

 Steps to Access and Set Up API Keys in Fiscal Harmony

• Log in to the client’s Fiscal Harmony account using the link below:
  https://app.fiscalharmony.co.zw/
• Get the API Keys

Navigate to the appropriate section (usually under Settings or Integrations) to retrieve the API keys.

• Open a new tab and go to:
  https://plugins.fiscalharmony.com
• Log in using your credentials.

      Navigate to USERS > ADD USERS.

Fill in the required user details:

• Name

• Surname

• Email

• Role

• Plugin (select the appropriate plugin from the list)

Click CREATE USER to save the new user setup.

• client will receive and email and set a password 
• advice client to click "save new password"

STEP 2

Connecting QuickBooks to Fiscal harmony

• Click "Connect to QuickBooks".

• A QuickBooks authorization window will appear:

  • Log in to the relevant QuickBooks Online account.

  • Grant full access to Fiscal Harmony when prompted.

• Select the company profile 
• click "Next"

• click "CONNECT"

STEP 3

Adding Fiscal Device

Then navigate to HOME > CLICK HERE

• Go to plugin at https://plugins.fiscalharmony.com/

• Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the device linking process.

• click "click here"

Click "Link device"

• Get API Credentials:

Obtain your API Key and API Secret Key from the Fiscal Harmony portal in API KEYS section

Locate the input fields labeled:

• Click “CONNECT DEVICE”:

After pasting, click the CONNECT DEVICE button to initiate the authentication

•  Click HOME 
• N.B AFTER FISCAL DEVICE HAS BEEN CONNECTED THE PICTURE BELOW WILL BE DISPLAYED 

STEP 4 

Tax Mappings

• Go to Tax Mappings 

Map the ZIMRA TAXES and the QUICKBOOKS TAXES respectively

• Click "+ADD MAPPINGS" after each mapping 

STEP 5 

Currency Mappings

• Click "+ADD MAPPING" 

Map the ZIMRA CURRENCIES  and the QUICKBOOKS CURRENCIES respectively

• Click "+ADD MAPPINGS" after each mapping
