How to Create and Save an Invoice in QuickBooks Online
STEP 1
Log-in QuickBooks Online account
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the + New button (top left or left menu).
- Under the Customers section, select Invoice.
Step 2
Fill in the invoice details:
- Fill in the Buyer's details
- Click "Customer" to search and select the Buyer
Insert : Customer, Invoice date, Due date, Product/Service, Tax, Description, Quantity and Rate
Review totals at the bottom.
STEP 3
Save or close the invoice:
Click Save to process / fiscalize the Invoice .
Or click Save and new to just save it and create another one immediately
STEP 4
Viewing the Fiscalized Invoice
- Log in to your Fiscal Harmony account.
- Click on the “Logs” tab/menu.
Use the filters to:
Select your desired duration (date range).
Set the category filter to “All”.
click "view document"
This will display all log entries within the specified time period.
