 How to Update & Re-install the HPOS App (Ingenico):


  1. Long-press the HPOS logo on the home screen.
  2. When the app options appear, tap “Uninstall”.
  3. Long-press the Power button (located on the left side of the device).
  4. On the screen, select "Services".
  5. Select "TEM CALL".
  6. Select "Check for Updates".
  7. The system will begin updating automatically. The process typically takes less than 3 minutes.
  8. Once the update is complete, all items on the screen will show green checkmarks.
  9. Tap “Close” to exit the update process.
  10. Return to the home screen.
  11. Tap the “+” icon at the bottom-right corner.
  12. When prompted, enter the PIN. 
  13. Select “HPOS” from the list.
  14. Tap “Done” to complete the setup.
