How to Update & Re-install the HPOS App (Ingenico):
- Long-press the HPOS logo on the home screen.
- When the app options appear, tap “Uninstall”.
- Long-press the Power button (located on the left side of the device).
- On the screen, select "Services".
- Select "TEM CALL".
- Select "Check for Updates".
- The system will begin updating automatically. The process typically takes less than 3 minutes.
- Once the update is complete, all items on the screen will show green checkmarks.
- Tap “Close” to exit the update process.
- Return to the home screen.
- Tap the “+” icon at the bottom-right corner.
- When prompted, enter the PIN.
- Select “HPOS” from the list.
- Tap “Done” to complete the setup.
