How to Submit a Ticket on Fiscal Harmony Support

If you’re facing problems and don’t know what to do, just place a ticket, and our support team will be happy to help. We’re here to assist you every step of the way! 

1. Navigate to the Website 

Go to the Fiscal Harmony support website at https://support.fiscalharmony.co.zw/. From there, you should be able to see a link for "Submit a Ticket" on the top nav.

Alternatively, you can navigate to https://support.fiscalharmony.co.zw/portal/en/newticket.

2. Enter the details of your issue

When you arrive on the page, you will asked to enter the subject of your issue and description of the issue.
Make sure to describe the issue as much as possible.

3. Add the additional information


On the page, you will see a dropdown menu labelled "Priority"
  1. Low: For non-urgent issues that do not impact your operations significantly.
  2. Medium: For issues that require attention but do not have an immediate impact on your operations
  3. High: For urgent issues that need immediate attention to minimise disruption.
  4. Critical: For critical issues that require immediate resolution to prevent a significant impact on your operations

There is another dropdown for selecting the appropriate ticket type from the options provided: 
  1. Enquiry: For general questions or information requests.
  2. Setup: For issues related to setting up your account or system.
  3. Issue: For reporting a problem or issue with the service.
  4. Integration: For issues related to integrating with other systems (e.g., Excel, iVend, QuickBooks Desktop, etc.)

4. Select the Integration (if applicable) 

Choose the specific integration you are having issues with from the options provided. For example, if you have trouble with your Xero integration, select Xero. Note that we have over 20+ integrations, and you can view their information on our Integrations Page.

5. Attach a File (Optional) 

If you have any relevant images, files or documents that can help explain your issue, you can attach them by clicking the "Attach a file" button.

6. Submit the Ticket 

Once you have filled out the form, click the "Submit" button to send your ticket to the support team. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Use this ticket number to track the progress of your issue or to communicate with the support team, where they will reach out and assist.
