To start onboarding your company with Fiscal Harmony, follow the detailed steps below:
Step 1. Access the Fiscal Harmony Application
On the Company Registration page, you will be presented with a form with 4 parts. Simply fill in your company's and taxpayer details on each part of the form, making sure to fill-in the required details.
The following details will need to be filled in:
- Company Details
- Taxpayer TIN
- VAT Number where applicable
- Trade name and Taxpayer name
- Invoice Email
- Accounting system of your choice
- Company Address
- House number, Street name, Suburb, City and Province
- Company regional zone and ZIMRA station
- Contact Information
- Your first and last names
- Contact email and phone number that are active
- Business sector of your company
- Your representation in the company (Director, Management, Accounting or Shareholder)
NOTE: You can always return to where you left off on the same device if you have left the form without completing it
Step 3. Verify your details and accept the Terms and Conditions
Verify your details are correct and accept the terms and conditions.
Note that we have multiple policies to agree to:
- Privacy Policy - how your information is handled and secured based on the terms
- Terms of Use - how you agree to use the application based on the terms
- Billing Policy - how you agree to make payments and would be charged based on the terms
- Warranty Policy - how coverage, limitations and procedures for devices are specified
Take note to read through the policies carefully and check the boxes to confirm you have accepted these terms in order to use our application.
Once you have verified, you may click the Sign Up button on the form to complete the registration process. Note that a pop-up will show to notify you of the email address you will be able to receive communications from - this is the same email you provided in the contact part of the form.
Step 5. Confirmation Email
After submitting, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided contact email address.
Follow the instructions in the email to finalise your account setup.
