Overview
Here is the information about the dashboard and signing into the application. You can navigate to the Fiscal Harmony app by going to
https://app.fiscalharmony.co.zw/.
App Users
This is for information on how to navigate to the dashboard for users with integrations apart from Xero. For Xero users, navigate to the section for Xero Users.
Signing into your Portal
To enter the portal, simply enter your username and password.
If you can't remember your username, send an email to
support@fiscalharmony.co.zw with your company name to request your account username.
Once you have entered your information, click the Sign in button below.
Forgot Password
if you have forgotten your password, click the link 'I forgot my password' located just below the 'Sign Up' button.
You can also click the following link to reset your password:
Forgot PasswordHere you can input the email address you have used to register, and you will receive an email with instructions to create a new password. Please follow the steps in the email and proceed to log in.
Two Factor Authentication
When you have successfully logged in, you will be prompted to input the 6-digit code from your authentication app. If this is not your first time, you would have to get the authentication app and find the 6-digit code under the label Fiscal Harmony in order to enter it. If you have lost your authentication app, you can reset your 2FA by entering your email or phone number.
First time setting up 2FA
If this is your first time signing in, you may be asked to scan a QR Code with the authentication app of your choice. Note that you can use any authentication app, but if you are not sure of which one to use, you may download one of the following apps onto your phone:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Apple Passwords
- Authy
- 2Stable
- 2FAS
On your authentication app, simply enter the 6-digit code shown, which is labelled as Fiscal Harmony.
NOTE: The 6-digit code changes every 30 seconds, so you would have to enter it in time before it changes
Once you have entered your code, you would be able to enter the portal successfully.
Please note that you need your authentication app every time you log into Fiscal Harmony.
DO NOT delete your authentication app, as this will need you to reset the 2FA and scan the QR Code every time.
User Dashboard
After successfully logging in to your account, you will be presented with your dashboard. This shows you your current device, revenue information, device information, invoice currencies, transaction activity and device activity.
The dashboard will also show the currently device which displays:
- Status of device
- Company Taxpayer and Tradename
- Company TIN and VAT numbers
- Branch information if the device is configured
- Device ID and Serial number
Xero Users
Signing in
Click the button labelled Sign In with Xero.
The system will redirect you to the Xero sign-in page, where you will need to enter your email address and password to log in. Follow all the login steps until you reach your dashboard.
User Dashboard
Once signed in, you will be presented with the dashboard as shown in the picture.
NB: Please avoid clicking the blue button labelled 'Disconnect for Xero,' as doing so will prevent your device from fiscalising.
Note that you will be presented with no devices at first, and your tenants or Xero organisations may not be completely connected.
Connecting your Xero organisations
NB: If the 'Activated' status is not showing, follow the following steps and contact
support@fiscalharmony.co.zw to have your account connected to the device.
To connect your Xero Organisations, click on the button that says "Connect to Xero". Alternatively, you may click on the button that says "Reconnect".
You will be presented with the Xero page that shows a dropdown for you to select your organisation.
Simply select an organisation from the dropdown and click the " Allow Access " button at the bottom of the page.
You can confirm if the company has been connected when the tenant says it is
CONNECTED.

The dashboard must have the following menu options on the side bar which are:
- Home - takes you to your dashboard
- Device - shows the device information in detail, or lets you request a new device if you are a Xero User
- Reports - all information that has been logged into the application invoicing your fiscalisation records
- Logs - for showing all transactions processed, including the failed ones
- Z-Reports - for displaying all the close day reports
- Email history - for keeping track of emails sent to you involving your devices or fiscalisation
- Profit & Loss (Xero only) - view information on profit and loss
- Settings
- Customisation - for customising the looks of your invoices and what info can appear
- API Keys (Non-Xero only) - for setting up webhooks, and connecting custom apps and plugins
- Support - for viewing resources, submitting a help ticket and contacting support
- Logout - signing out of the system
Viewing reports on the dashboard
Transaction Logs
To view your transaction logs, you can navigate to Reports >
Logs.
Steps to view logs and open the fiscalised transactions- Select "Successful" on the transactions dropdown.
- Filter the invoices you would like to show on the filters that show Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days.
- For enterprise devices or devices with Data retention add-on, you can view for more than 30+ days.
- View the fiscalised invoices from the platform by clicking the View Document option.
Steps to view error logs and troubleshooting
- Select "Failed" on the transactions dropdown.
- After reviewing the error log, you can now fix the error in your accounting system (e.g., entering the TIN number if the error log indicates that no TIN number was provided).
- After fixing the issue the issue issue in your accounting system, you can now click the retry button on the error log and get the error resolved.
Z-Reports
To view your close day reports, navigate to Reports >
Z-Reports on the side bar.
Steps to view logs and open the fiscalised transactions
- Filter the z-reports logs you want to display using the dropdown labelled 'Since,' where you can select from the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 365 days.
- View the fiscalised invoices from the platform by clicking the View Report option.
