How to change Fiscal Harmony Account password

There are two ways to be able to change your account password:

1. Using the Account page on the app
   
2. Using the Login page
   

How to change Fiscal Harmony Account password

Option 1 

Step 1.

Log in to your Fiscal Harmony account on https://app.fiscalharmony.co.zw/login 

Step 2.

Once logged in, navigate to the top right side of your screen and select the account icon (labelled "Account") and click on Change Password.

Step 3.

On the page, you will prompted to enter your existing current password. You will then have to enter the new password and confirm that new password.

Make sure the password is strong enough for it to be accepted. To make your password strong, make it longer than 8 characters and use numbers, mixed casing and special characters.

One you have entered these details, you can click "Change Password" and it will be changed to your newly entered password for you to use whenever you log in.

Option 2

Step 1. 

Navigate the Fiscal Harmony app on https://app.fiscalharmony.co.zw/login and then click on where it says "Forgot Password"

Step 2. 

When on the page, enter the email address you used to register on Fiscal Harmony and then click "Reset Password".

This will send a password reset link to your email, where you can access a page to enter your new password.

 

Note: After changing your password, the confirmation message is sent to your email mailbox. If your email does not exist on Fiscal Harmony, nothing will be received.
