Fiscalising a Credit Note in Excel
Overview
Prerequisites
Ensure that you open the invoice using Microsoft Excel only. If you attempt to use a different viewer, the Credit Note option will not be available.
Make sure the Excel invoice is not saved in a cloud-based folder. If it is, please move the file to a local folder on your computer and then try opening the invoice again
Steps to creating a Credit Note
Step 1. Access Invoice
- Open the fiscalised invoice in Excel where you saved it on your machine.

- Since you fiscalised your invoice, you will see the Refund/Create Credit Note button option under the Fiscal Harmony tab. Click Create Credit Note.
Step 2. Create credit note
A new Excel sheet for the credit note.
The Credit Note will auto-fill all the fields.
- Simply add the Reason for the Credit Note like the example shown.

Step 3. Fiscalise
- Save the Excel sheet.
- Press Fiscalise Credit Note, then the Credit Note will Fiscalise and open the local folder which has your pdf fiscalised invoices.
