Fiscalising a Credit Note in Excel

Overview

Prerequisites

Ensure that you open the invoice using Microsoft Excel only. If you attempt to use a different viewer, the Credit Note option will not be available.
Make sure the Excel invoice is not saved in a cloud-based folder. If it is, please move the file to a local folder on your computer and then try opening the invoice again

Steps to creating a Credit Note


Step 1. Access Invoice

  1. Open the fiscalised invoice in Excel where you saved it on your machine. 
  2. Since you fiscalised your invoice, you will see the Refund/Create Credit Note button option under the Fiscal Harmony tab. Click Create Credit Note.

Step 2. Create credit note

A new Excel sheet for the credit note.

The Credit Note will auto-fill all the fields.
  1. Simply add the Reason for the Credit Note like the example shown.

Step 3. Fiscalise

  1. Save the Excel sheet.
  2. Press Fiscalise Credit Note, then the Credit Note will Fiscalise and open the local folder which has your pdf fiscalised invoices.
