Customer Product Discounts

HOW TO APPLY CUSTOMER PRODUCT DISCOUNTS:

1. Login to your HPOS Account on the backend/web and access the "People" Tab on the left hand panel.
2. Select "Customers" from the list. You will be redirected to your Customer list where you can see existing customers already added or you can add a new customer.
3. Once you have added a new customer, they will be listed.
    1. On that specific customer you want to apply product discounts for, you can select the "Action" button.
    2. There will be a "Product discount" option which you can then select.

4. A product customer discount page will come up and you can "Add New"

5. You can add the following details for the product discount:
  1. Search the product by name and select it
  2. Enter the product customer price you want the customer to have
  3. Select the currency for the custom price
  4. You can also apply a discount, if you would like, which you can add as either an amount or a percentage
    1. If the discount is a percentage, please be sure to tick the tickbox below the discount amount
    2. If you have no discounts to apply, you can simply put in 0

6. When you have added the discount and you are now making a sale, you can select the customer. It will automatically apply the custom prices on the sale.
