How to Change VAT from 15% → 15.5%

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigating to the configuration

  • Open your Fiscal Harmony Invoice template from the File menu or the menu where you create a new file.
  • When the file is open, navigate to the Fiscal Harmony tab and select it
  • On the tab, select Manage Accounts. This should open a window to show the details with your account and API keys.

Step 2: Performing the updates

  • In this window, you do not have to change anything. Make sure you have an internet connection and hit the "Save" button so that the system will update automatically.
  • When the application confirms the save, close Excel and then Reopen Excel.

Step 3: Confirming changes

  • Open the template again and navigate the column with the VAT tax. If you click on the cell's dropdown, you should be able to see the new VAT tax rate.
  • Check your other invoices for 2026 to see if the invoices have been updated as well.
  • You may make a test invoice to see if the changes are reflecting with the new Tax.
