System Explanation - Client Side

Login to Fiscal Harmony account

All accounting system except Xero Clients

Navigate to the Fiscal Harmony login page by clicking the link below https://app.fiscalharmony.co.zw/

Signing in

  • Enter username. If you can't remember it, send an email to [email protected] with your company name to request your account username. 

  • Enter password

  • Click the Sign in button (green in color)

Forgot Password


    • Click the 'Forgot Password' link located just below the gray 'Sign Up' button. 

    • You can also click the following link to reset your password Forgot Password

    • You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password. Please follow the steps in the email and proceed to log in.


User DashboardAfter successfully logging into your account 

  • The dashboard must be displayed like the one shown above: 
    • Status 'connected' in green color
    • Displaying company TIN and VAT numbers
    • Displaying device ID and Serial number.
    • Displaying Trade name and taxpayer name.
  • NB: If the status 'Activated' is not showing, kindly contact 

    [email protected] to get your account activated.

Dashboard Sidebar options

The dashboard must have 6 menu options on the side bar which are:

  • Home (Main Dashboard)
  • Device application (Only used by New Xero Clients)
  • Logs (For showing all transactions processed including the failed ones)
  • Z-Reports (For displaying all the Z-Reports)
  • Logout (Signing out of the system)

Xero Users

Signing in

Navigate to the Fiscal Harmony login page by clicking the link below  https://app.fiscalharmony.co.zw/



  • Click the button labeled 'Sign In with Xero'. .
  • The system will redirect you to the Xero sign-in page, where you will need to enter your email address and password to log in.
  • Follow all the login steps until you reach your dashboard.
  • The dashboard must look like the one below.
  • NB: Please avoid clicking the blue button labeled 'Disconnect for Xero,' as doing so will prevent your device from fiscalising.

Troubleshooting Xero Connection

  • NB: If the 'Activated' status is not showing, follow the following steps and contact [email protected] to have your account connected to the device.
    • Click the button Connect to Xero (Blue in color).
    • Select your organization in the dropdown menu.


  • Click allow access button at the bottom of the page. 


Viewing fiscalised invoices Z-Reports on dashboard

Viewing Transaction Logs (Invoices)Steps to view logs and open the fiscalised transactions

  • Click the sidebar menu labelled Logs.
  • Select "Successful" on transactions dropdown.
  • Filter the invoices you would like to show on the dropdown labelled Since (Select between, the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days)
  • View the fiscalised invoices from the platform by clicking View Document option.

Steps to view error logs and troubleshooting

  • Click the sidebar menu labelled LOGS.
  • Select "Failed" on the transactions dropdown.
  • Filter the error logs you want to display using the dropdown labeled 'Since,' where you can select from the last 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. 
  • After reviewing the error log, you can now fix the error in your accounting system (e.g., entering the TIN number if the error log indicates that no TIN number was provided). 
  • After fixing the issue the issue issue in your accounting system, you can now click the retry button on the error log and get the error resolved.


Viewing Z-Reports

Steps to view logs and open the fiscalised transactions

  • Click the sidebar menu labelled Z-REPORTS.
  • Filter the z-reports logs you want to display using the dropdown labeled 'Since,' where you can select from the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days upto 365 days
  • View the fiscalised invoices from the platform by clicking View Document option.


Please be advised that the 'API KEYS' section in the Dashboard sidebar menu is used for device setup by Fiscal Harmony, and should not be used.
