"Printer Unavailable" Error Message on the New HPOS Interface

"Printer Unavailable" Error Message on the New HPOS Interface

To resolve the printing error, please kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Long press on the power button on the left of the device
  2. Select the 'Services' option.
  3. Then select 'Auto-Init'
  4. It will then ask you to restart the device. You should then hold the power button and select 'Restart'.
  5. Once the device has restarted, you should wait a few minutes and a menu with 6 steps will appear.
  6. You should select the Region as Zimbabwe and the Language as English
  7. Connect to a network and then click 'Next' on step 4 to step 7
  8. Restart the device
  9. Log into HPOS and then try reprint a sale from before.
