Fiscalizing a Credit Note in Excel

Prerequisites:

    1. Ensure that you open the invoice using Microsoft Excel only. If you attempt to use a different viewer, the Credit Note option will not be available.
    2. Make sure the Excel invoice is not saved in a cloud-based folder. If it is, please move the file to a local folder on your computer and then try opening the invoice again


Steps to creating a Credit Note


Access Invoice

  • Open the fiscalized invoice in Excel where you saved it on your machine. 


  • Since you fiscalized your invoice, you will see the Refund/Create Credit Note button option under the Fiscal Harmony tab
  • Click Create Credit Note.


Create credit note

  • It will open a new Excel sheet for the credit note


Reason

  • The Credit Note will auto-fill all the fields.
  • Just put the Reason why you are creating the Credit Note like the example above.


Fiscalize

  • Save the Excel sheet
  • Press Fiscalise Credit Note, then the Credit Note will Fiscalise and open the local folder which has your pdf fisalized invoices.
