Zoho Books invoice Web-hook

Steps to Create a Webhook in Zoho Books:

STEP 1

Log in to Zoho Books

• Go to books.zoho.com and sign in with your Zoho account.

STEP 2 

Navigate to Automation Settings

• Click the gear icon  in the top right corner.
• Under Automation, select Web-hooks.
• Click "+New Web-hook"
  Note you'll be taken to the web-hook creation form.

STEP 3

Fill in the Web-hook Details:

• Module: Select the module for which the webhook should trigger (e.g., Invoice).
• Name: Enter a name for your webhook (fiscalizing an invoice).
• URL to Notify:  https://pluginsapi.fiscalharmony.co.zw/zoho/receive-invoice

Custom Parameters (optional)

STEP 4 

Save the Web-hook

• Go to Automation > Workflow Rules.
• Click + New Workflow Rule.
• Choose the same Module you selected in the web-hook.
• Set the Condition and Execution Criteria.
• Under Action, select Web-hook, and choose the one you just created
