I’d like to propose a feature that allows customers to create and manage new branches directly within the portal, without the need to complete and submit an Excel sheet.
Currently, the process of adding branches involves downloading, filling out, and submitting a spreadsheet. While functional, this approach introduces delays, increases the risk of errors, and creates unnecessary back-and-forth between customers and support teams.
The proposed feature would enable users to:
Add new branches through a simple, guided form within the portal
Input key details such as branch name, location, and relevant configurations
Instantly validate required fields to reduce errors
Submit and activate branches in real-time or through an approval workflow
